Our age groups are as follows:

Sospan Fach (age 3 to 5) introduction to rugby.

Under 8 and Under 10 age groups play friendly fixtures.

Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 age groups play competitive fixtures, as arranged by the Welsh Rugby Union.

Training is scheduled every Wednesday at the club venue of our partners Furnace United RFC.
